actyv.ai appoints Abhijit Rao as new global head of people

SaaS firm actyv.ai has announced the appointment of Abhijit Rao as its global head of people, to bolster its employer brand and support its growth. 

With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Rao has worked with leading companies in both the services and products sectors, including Infosys, Wipro, Onmobile, and UiPath. As head of people for the Asia-Pacific region at UiPath, he was instrumental in setting up and expanding the people operations function. Rao is a Sloan's Fellow in Leadership & Strategy from the London Business School.
