Chee-Wei Tan appointed global head of HR for Shell Energy

Shell Energy, the global marketing and trading business of Royal Dutch Shell for energy commodities --including LNG, natural gas, power, and environmental products, has appointed Chee-Wei Tan as global head for HR with effect from October 1, 2018.

Based out of Singapore, Chee-Wei has over 20 years of human resources and consulting experience with strong talent management, strategic business-partnering, business transformation, organizational development, and change management experience with global exposure and international experience in Asia and Europe.

Chee-Wei will be responsible, as the global head of HR for Shell Energy, for developing and deploying human resource strategies to drive business growth and transformation of the global energy market.

Chee-Wei’s last role was as the regional head of HR for Shell Lubricants for Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
