CorWave appoints Fairuz Hasni as Vice President of HR
CorWave, a France-based healthcare technology firm, has announced the appointment of Fairuz Hasni as Vice President of Human Resources.
In her new role, Fairuz brings more than 20 years of HR expertise. She will spearhead the growth and expansion of the healthcare technology company, overseeing HR functions globally.
Before her appointment, Fairuz served as the Director of Human Resources and was a member of the Executive Committee at the Wheat Division of InVivo. In her previous roles, she acted as the Group HR and Safety Director at Rector Lesage, the Human Resources and General Services Manager at MOTUL, and the Human Resources Manager at Etex.
Fairuz graduated from the Universities of Poitiers and Tours and began her career in 2003 as a recruitment consultant. She later assumed the role of Human Resources Manager at the Etex Group, a global manufacturer of building materials, where she notably played a key role in the integration of Siniat post-M&A. She then joined Motul Group, a leading engine lubricant speciality company, where she modernized the HR function. In 2015, Fairuz joined Rector Lesage, a family-owned group specializing in concrete prefabrication, as Group HR and Safety Director and a member of the Management Committee.
