Fetch appoints Michelle Morris as Chief People Officer

America’s rewards app Fetch has appointed Michelle Morris as Chief People Officer, effective July 2024.

In her new role, Michelle brings around three decades of leadership experience across the technology, advertising, and staffing sectors. She most recently served as Vice President of the Global Business Group at Meta for nearly 10 years, where she spearheaded people-centric business strategies, created a work culture where employees thrive, and championed DEIB initiatives. In her previous roles, she worked with Google as Managing Director for over seven years and with BBDO Group as Group Senior Vice President for eight years. She began her career with Kelly, a recruitment and staffing firm, as Executive Director of the partnered staffing unit.

On the academic front, Michelle holds a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and has certifications from SHRM and the Human Potential Academy.

In addition to Michelle’s appointment, Fetch has also promoted Ayo Jimoh to the role of Chief Product Officer. Ayo brings around 15 years of expertise in product, engineering, and security.
