flatexDegiro appoints Christiane Strubel as CHRO

flatexDEGIRO, a Germany-based online trading platform, has announced the appointment of Christiane Strubel as the Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.

Strubel joined the online brokerage firm in 2016 as the Head of Human Resources and Executive Director. This appointment is a promotion to her recent role as the Global Head of HR and Managing Director for the last three years. She will be a part of the Group’s Management Board and will further bolster employee focus and corporate governance in her new role. Additionally, she will be responsible for data protection and authorization management.

Strubel has played a pivotal role in spearheading the HR function to a global level, shaping workforce growth from 400 employees in Germany to 1,300 employees across Amsterdam, London, Sofia, and Vienna/Graz.
