McDermott names Linda Borne senior VP and CHRO

McDermott, engineering and construction solutions provider to the energy industry, has appointed Linda Borne as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 

Before being named CHRO, Linda previously served as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and a member of the company's executive committee since 2023, leading the global HR team. She started her association with McDermott’s HR team in 1989.

She is an experienced human resources executive with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in HR strategy, operations, technical recruiting, HR policies, employee benefits, and HR information systems. She has exposure to the US, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Malaysia, and the UK.
