Muneera Al Taher promoted as Jumeirah Group VP HR

Jumeirah Group has promoted Muneera Al Taher to Vice President, Human Resources Operations and Emiratisation – Group and Corporate.

In her new role, Muneera will steer the implementation of the global HR strategy across all Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, enabling the teams to achieve their strategic objectives. She will also be continuing her duties in overseeing the Emiratisation strategy for the group.

Muneera, who joined Jumeirah in 2013, has had roles in both hotel and corporate HR, where she has transformed the experience of UAE national colleagues, contributing to the attraction and retention of a talent pool of future leaders and the demonstration of a strong Emirati culture.
