US Biotech Cerus appoints Alicia Goodman as CHRO
Cerus Corporation, a global biotech firm based in the US, has appointed Alicia Goodman to the leadership team as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective from September 27, 2023.
In her new role, Goodman will lead the organization in developing a talented workforce capable of supporting the business's strategic goals in a sustainable and evolving manner.
Welcoming Goodman to the executive leadership team, William Greenman, President, and CEO of the biotech company, said, 'We are excited to welcome Alicia to the Cerus team. Before this appointment, Goodman held several key leadership roles, including Senior VP of HR at Aimmune Therapeutics, HR Head at Millendo Therapeutics, and VP of HR function at Novartis. She brings over 20 years of core experience in the industry.
