Heather Smith Joins Flimp Communications as Chief People Officer

Flimp Communications, which deals in virtual communications and engagement solutions for employers and benefits providers announced the addition of Heather Smith to the company’s leadership team. In her role as Chief People Officer and Senior Account Success Manager, Heather will report to CEO, Wayne Wall. Her primary responsibilities will include ensuring the success of Flimp’s marquee customers, while also overseeing the HR function at Flimp.

Heather brings a vast amount of experience in the field of HR and operations to Flimp Communications. During her tenure at Fidelity, she project managed several key HR improvements for a business unit with more than 5,000 employees. She also worked directly with the company’s leadership to create strategic plans and streamline efficiencies.

“As we expand our offerings and our customer base, it’s clear we need someone in the field who truly understands and advocates for our most important customers,” said Wayne Wall, CEO of Flimp Communications. “Heather brings a dynamic energy to the team and has already started to make an impact for our staff and our most valued customers.”

As Senior Account Success Manager, Heather works one on one with clients to understand their specific challenges and ensure Flimp is doing all it can to address them. She works closely with the other account success managers at Flimp and coordinates directly with the project management team. In her role as Chief People Officer, Heather will work with leadership to set the strategic growth plan for the organization and oversee HR operations.
