Seibels promotes VP of Human Resources

Business process outsourcing firm Seibels has announced the promotion of Hope Broadway to Vice President of Human Resources, a senior leadership role responsible for leading workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations initiatives that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals. Seibels primarily serves the property and casualty insurance industry.

Broadway initially joined Seibels in mid-2020 as Director of Human Resources. Nan Brunson, Chief Operations Officer of Seibels, said that she had demonstrated a level of competence that “made it easy for us to promote from within”. Brunson added:

“Hope’s track record and vast experience in organizational and performance management will help continue to build on our core values emphasizing a culture of accountability, while attracting new talent that meets the evolving needs of our clients.”

Prior to Seibels, Broadway served in the HR function of steam engineering firm Spirax Sarco.
