According to Gallup's survey, conducted across more than 160 countries and encompassing over 128,000 employed respondents, a significant 34% of global workers reported feeling "thriving," indicating high levels of happiness, energy, and fulfillment in their daily lives. Conversely, 58% described themselves as "struggling," while 8% admitted to "suffering" at work, citing issues such as stress, sadness, and lack of engagement.

Countries like Israel (69%), Norway (67%), Costa Rica (62%), Belgium (60%), and Australia (60%) also made significant strides in fostering thriving workplaces.
