The return of People Matters TechHR Singapore to ‘change the game’

With another year gone by, People Matters returns with Asia’s largest HR and Work Tech Conference in the heart of Singapore, where 1600 business, talent and HR leaders come together to shape the future of work in Southeast Asia. In the last few years amid the rising economic and geopolitical strifes, leaders have rethought, redefined and reimagined the future of work. But it is finally time to look at tangible realm of execution with speed, sustainability and resilience as we gear up to ‘Change The Game’.

This year, People Matters TechHR Singapore endeavours to do just that as we inspire, engage, motivate and nurture leaders through transformative themes and sessions led by over 55 global luminaries, pioneers and experts such as Mark Effron, The Talent Strategy Group; Datuk Nora Manaf, Maybank; Gloria Chin; Ministry of Health and Peter Goh, GIC, among others. While technological progress and its ability to enhance the future will be at the heart of each of the 40 sessions, the core of it will be built around harnessing human intelligence, intuition, creativity and ethical reasoning.

So, here are the themes for this year’s conference: ‘Business Models: Redefining Value’, ‘Organisation Models: The Balancing Acts,’ ‘Talent & Leadership Models: Nurturing Talent’ and ‘Technology Models: Efficiency and Innovation Hand In Hand’. Each of these themes individually will explore how businesses are reimagining the way they create value, navigating the many paradoxes of the workplace, solving the challenges of the labour market and designing long-term structural transformations in business and people strategy through tech innovations. With masterclasses, experiential sessions, keynotes, fireside chats, think tanks, panel discussions, story circles, soundscaping, talent snacks, quiz, Big Questions and ask anything, it will be a day well spent learning, collaborating, networking and brainstorming with some of the visionaries and renowned organisations in the world.

For all the HR tech and Work Tech enthusiasts, we have designed Asia’s largest HR and Work Tech Expo where over 80 solution providers will showcase their latest innovations for the world to see, experiment and even collaborate on the spot. And for entrepreneurs looking to get funding, People Matters Startup Program is back to help you with your startup with angel investors as mentors to guide you as you hold on to the right purpose set to govern the future of work in the next decade.
