DISCO appoints IT industry veteran Jignasha Amin Grooms as new CHRO

AI-enabled legal tech platform DISCO has announced the appointment of Jignasha Amin Grooms as the new executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the company.

In her new role, Grooms will be overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility efforts as the company rapidly scales globally to meet the growing worldwide demand for technology that delivers better legal outcomes.

Popularly known as 'Jig' in the corporate circle, Grooms has led human resources departments globally and trained teams to foster diversity, equity and inclusion at some of the world’s leading technology companies including Dell, Cisco Systems and, most recently, Epicor Software.

Grooms is industry veteran with over two decades of experience in IT industry. Recently, she was awareded the 2021 Gold GLOBEE “Human Resources Executive of the Year.

Grooms also holds a law degree from the University of Miami and earned her BA in English and Spanish literature from Emory University.
