LVMH announces leadership change in the HR function

French multinational holding and conglomerate specialising in luxury goods LVMH has announced a leadership change in its HR function.

The company has appointed Sandra Rimbot as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Sephora, and Maud Alvarez-Pereyre has been appointed Chief People and Transformation Officer, LVMH Group.

Maud is currently serving as SVP, HR LVMH Beauty.  On the other hand, Alessia Gargano, currently SVP, LVMH Group Talent Management & HR Lead for Fendi and Loro Piana, has taken over from Maud Alvarez-Pereyre as Chief Human Resources Officer, Beauty Division.

Sandra’s extensive experience is expected to be instrumental to develop Sephora’s organisation as the Maison grows from strength to strength, being the largest retail organisation of the Group with 46 000 employees and a global store network.

In her new role, Maud will lead existing HR initiatives while rethinking the organisation and key processes of the HR function globally for an even greater impact.

Alessia will take forward the structuring work and she will be responsible for all Beauty Maisons including Parfums Christian Dior.
