Tesla to hire Artificial Intelligence engineers: Elon Musk tweets

Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced through a tweet that the company is going to hire Artificial Intelligence engineers who ace at problem-solving.

"As always, Tesla is looking for hardcore AI engineers who care about solving problems that directly affect people's lives in a major way," Musk tweeted.

About the latest hiring needs, the company, on its official website posted, "We believe that an approach based on advanced for vision and planning, supported by efficient use of inference hardware, is the only way to achieve a general solution for full self-driving and beyond," the website read.”

Elon Musk has been very active in promoting that "evidence of exceptional ability" is the best qualification and with that Tesla doesn’t ask for academic certification from any University or School. 

During an interview in 2014, Elon Musk was quoted as saying, "If somebody graduated from a great university, that may be an indication that they will be capable of great things, but it's not necessarily the case.”
