IHRP partners with BeNext to accelerate HR professionals' business impact

The Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) has announced a new partnership with BeNext to accelerate the business impact of HR professionals in Singapore. Under this partnership, HR professionals and employers in Singapore will be able to qualify for 10 IHRP recertification hours and skill badges by participating in five selected BeNext certification programmes.

The eligible programmes are:

The partnership with BeNext in the key areas will significantly enhance our HR community’s capabilities to drive the much-needed change and transformation.”

IHRP was set up by the Ministry of Manpower, the National Trades Union Congress, and the Singapore National Employers Federation to professionalise and strengthen the HR practice in Singapore. The Institute has awarded certifications to over 5,000 HR professionals, onboarded over 450 corporate partners, and helped more than 1,000 companies with its Human Capital Diagnostics Tool.

BeNext was launched in June 2020 in response to the global shift in talent management and as part of the effort to support the HR community's transformation. BeNext offers 18 training programs on critical skills needed for the HR community to design and execute solutions to emerging business challenges, led by 86 trainers of 12 nationalities. Since its launch, BeNext has certified more than 5,000 participants from 32 countries.
