Organisation Development Heads

People & Engagement Heads

Employee Experience Heads

Coaches

Facilitators

    Critical Criteria:
  • The initiative or the program highlighted in the application for both the categories should have been implemented in the last 24 months
  • The nominated leader or the leader applying should have an overall experience of 5+ years.
  • The nominated independent coach or facilitator must have an overall experience of 7+ years
  • The initiative or the program should be scalable and show measurable results
  • All the answers registered should be in sync with the specified question
  • The impact of the practice should be specific and measurable; avoid generic statements

The Jury Panel Shortlists Top Leaders based on Information shared In The Application Form. This will be done Anonymously where the Jury will not be disclosed to the Applicant’s identity.
