CoachHub Top L&D Leaders Awards SEA 2023 endeavours to:

Recognise L&D Leaders who demonstrate excellence in design and delivery of employee development programs through coaching, vision, business acumen, innovation, experience, impact and strategic alignment.

Recognise Certified Coaches & Facilitators who have trained other organisations, teams and individuals in the last few years to face critical business challenges demonstrating innovation, impact and strategic alignment.

If you are the HR or L&D champion who has led and delivered a transformational program or a learning coach that enables others to be disruption-ready, then you must apply for CoachHub L&D Leaders Awards SEA 2023. If you know such leaders from your organisation, you can also nominate them.

The Awards is open for participation to the following:

Organisation Development Heads

People & Engagement Heads

Employee Experience Heads

Coaches

Facilitators

Critical Criteria:

The initiative or the program highlighted in the application for both the categories should have been implemented in the last 24 months
The nominated leader or the leader applying should have an overall experience of 5+ years.
The nominated independent coach or facilitator must have an overall experience of 7+ years
The initiative or the program should be scalable and show measurable results
All the answers registered should be in sync with the specified question
The impact of the practice should be specific and measurable; avoid generic statements

The entire process will be divided into 3 stages:

Selection

The Jury Panel Shortlists Top Leaders based on Information shared In The Application Form. This will be done Anonymously where the Jury will not be disclosed to the Applicant’s identity.
