“We have all gotten into a certain routine over the last twelve to eighteen months. And, we have learned to integrate with our work,” said Pranali Save during an interaction with us for an episode of PMPodcast. 

Pranali is the Global Head of HR at Icertis. She has held a number of senior positions across several companies such as Tieto, SunGard, and others. For this episode, she shared insights on the different aspects of getting back to the offices along with the future of hybrid working in 2022 as the new variant of COVID-19 that is the Omicron gives us a glaring look. 

Sharing industry insights, Pranali said that the last two years have certainly been good for the cloud contract management industry. She added, “I think we really made the transition from being a nice to have product to a must have product and most likely an essential service. And, the worth and the value has been proven in the number of deals and the number of new customers that we've been able to add to our portfolio. So, a latest research shows that this sector is growing at a 35% rate year on year.”
