Here is a quick look at some of the biggest names who will be present at TechHR Singapore 2022:

Holger Mueller

The very name Holger Mueller elicits instant respect. VP and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research, Mueller is a global leader and an expert on Next Generation Apps and Human Capital Management. He is a senior analyst and is extremely sought-after by buyers, service providers, and investors alike. Mueller gave a fantastic keynote at TechHR India 22 where his talk on how future technology will create value for individuals as well as businesses was greatly appreciated by one and all.

We are lucky to have him as our mega keynote speaker at TechHR Singapore 2022, where he will help us explore the new paradigm of work. As innovative technologies emerge and nudge organisations to rethink the synergies among HR, technology, and business, Mueller will help us explore the latest applications shaping the world of work. Francis de Vericourt

Francis de Vericourt does it all. He is a decision scientist who teaches, consults and conducts research on decision-making and analytics. He is also a writer and has co-authored Framers: Human Advantage in an Age of Technology and Turmoil. Apart from all of this, Vericourt has extensively published in a number of prominent management, analytics and economics journals. Vericourt has also held research and faculty positions at MIT, Duke University and INSEAD and is currently chaired professor and the director of the Centre for Decisions, Models and Data at ESMT Berlin. 

At TechHR Singapore 2022, Vericourt will be giving the mega closing keynote address on Day 1 of the conference. Titled “Mental Models For 2022 And Beyond: Advancing Amidst Rapid Tech Innovations And Turmoil” Vericourt will speak on the source of human power being neither muscle nor mind but models.

Puneet Swani

Swani is senior partner and leader of Mercer’s career business in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Swani has over two decades of consulting experience and has provided advice to both local and multinational organisations. He has worked with over 25 companies all across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Swani has expertise in the areas of talent engagement & management, workforce analytics, talent assessments & proctoring, HR & workforce transformation, and cloud implementation areas. 

He is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer, with competencies in designing and delivering HR workshops and training for clients. Prior to joining Mercer, he worked with AON (formerly Hewitt), where he headed their broad based rewards practice for SEA. Puneet has also worked with ABN AMRO Bank in UAE where he was head of HRBP for ABN’s Consumer and Private Banking Business.

Pravir Malik

Dr Pravir Malik’s career is nothing short of pathbreaking. Not only has Dr Malik been developing a unified theory and mathematics of organisation for 30 years, he has also written not one, not two but 16 books. His books talk about a whole systems approach that integrates individual, organisational, economic, social, environmental and evolutionary dimensions. Of late, Dr Malik has been involved with computer modeling of complex organisational, economic, and world systems to help different stakeholders practically navigate and understand possible futures. A regular contributor to Forbes, Dr Malik is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Galaxies, focused on modeling of complex realities, and Chief Technologist at Deep Order Technologies where he is spearheading the development of a revolutionary atom-based quantum computer. Dr Malik has deep interest in core technologies such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence, genetics, and transhumanism.

Sharma Lachu 

To say that Sharma Lachu is versatile would be an understatement. He is the founder and group CEO of Accendo Capital, an investment holding company that owns and operates companies that focus on aspects of Human Capital Management across the Southeast Asia region. He is also the MD of one of the companies while serving as the Executive Director of the other two companies. Lachu is also the Founder and CEO of Accendo Technologies, an HR Analytics and Talent Intelligence company. His time as a senior consultant in Sydney was crucial to the very conception of Accendo when he realised Asian companies could benefit from incorporating data science into their processes.Over the last 20 years, he has gained a deep appreciation of the value of turning data into meaningful insight and tries to constantly find ways to push the boundaries of learning how to. 

At People Matters TechHR Singapore 2022, Lachu will host a FireSide Chat where he will focus on the Application of Talent Intelligence. We know that in today's world, it is crucial to generate data on everything - from your talent pool’s present skill set to their capabilities and potential. But the more challenging aspect of the process is knowing what to do with the data and how to connect the dots to turn the data into usable intelligence.
