Urban Land Institute (ULI), Singapore, appoints Edmund Tie & Company’s CEO, and Head Research and Consulting, Choon-Fah Ong as Chair of their Singapore executive committee.  

Ong takes over from Khoo Teng Chye, who served as Chairman of ULI Singapore for two years.

Ong with nearly 25 years of experience is a Licensed Appraiser in the real estate business. Currently, she is leading the team of Edmund Tie & Company as their CEO and Head - Research and Consulting.

With a global network of over 40,000 members, ULI is a non-profit organization involved in research and education, advocating responsible use of land and creating thriving communities across the globe. The organization focuses on housing and communities, real estate finance and investment, sustainability and economic performance, and innovation in development practice, thereby shaping cities. 

ULI Singapore boasts of over 350 members representing both the public and private sector. As Chair of the executive committee, Ong will oversee planning, programs, business development, governance, marketing, and operations as well as provide leadership support.
