Enreach ropes in Media.Monks's Shemara van den Heuvel as CHRO
Enreach, a Europe-based communications platform, has announced the appointment of Shemara van den Heuvel as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In her new role, Shemara brings over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors, including marketing and advertising, FMCG, management consulting, BFSI, HR consulting, pharmacy, and food retail. She will be responsible for recruitment, talent retention, and HR initiatives, along with bolstering a self-driven and empowering workforce and inspiring culture.
In her previous roles, Shemara worked as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at MediaMonks. Prior to that, she served Red Bull Netherlands as the HR Director, Deloitte as the HR Advisor, and RandStad as the HR Manager. She also worked with Deep Blue Capital, Ethos, Ahold, and Optiver in the past. On the academic front, she holds an MBA degree from VU Amsterdam University.
