As Executive Director, Louis’ responsibilities include sourcing and executing deals across Europe in the office, retail, hotel, and residential sectors, securing external debt financing and capital raising for co-investment opportunities and funds.

He will be based in London. Before joining Tikehau in November 2018, Louis spent 11 years at AXA IM Real Assets.

John Lim Kok Min, Chairman of IReit's manager, said d'Estienne d'Orves "is a valuable member of Tikehau's real estate practice, actively contributing to the business and to the team's growth as well as playing a key role in securing high-profile deals across Europe".
