Malaysia Airports onboards Nadiah Tan Abdullah as chief human capital officer

Malaysia Airports, an airport management company that manages most of the airports in Malaysia and one international airport in Istanbul, Turkey, has appointed Nadiah Tan Abdullah as chief human capital officer, effective April.

She comes with more than three decades of experience in setting up HR departments, building talent pipelines, harmonisation work in mergers and acquisitions, organisational cultural transformational work, designing, leading, and managing people and change strategies, coaching and developing talents in leadership roles and of course always rediscovering myself!

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Capital Officer at Malaysia Airports!,” Nadiah posted on Linkedin.

Before joining Malaysia Airports, she spent more than seven years as chief human resources officer at SP Setia Berhad. Microsoft, AirAsia, and Experian are other organisations where she worked previously in various capacities in the Malaysian market.
