Eric Jungbluth, President and CEO of Springs Window Fashions announced the latest appointment of  Senior Vice President of Human Resources. manufacturer and distributor of home furnishing products has named Tim Oswald as new head of HR. 

Oswald will oversee teams of HR professionals in both the U.S. and Mexico. He will work on creating and building a robust strategy to better manage talent related challenges. Oswald will also lead a cohesive culture across Springs Window Fashions, based around driving engagement, instilling trust, ensuring accountability and driving results among the company's more than 8,000 employees.

Jungbluth shared that Springs Window Fashions is poised for aggressive, immediate growth driven by an engaged and accountable workforce, making Oswald’s role extremely critical for business. 

"We're always seeking to create the best experience for every person who touches our business – whether it be a consumer, channel partner or our associates. We're confident that Tim will manage the broad needs of the role, as well as expand this best experience environment for our employees,” said Jungbluth. 

Oswald has worked as Corporate Vice President of HR and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with Regal Beloit Corporation, a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical motion control and power generation products. Before taking on the role of CHRO, he has taken many different roles in Regal. Oswald also spent nearly a decade with General Motors, where he worked as Senior Labor Relations Advisor and held a variety of operations positions.

Now as Springs aims to grow business with a more skilled and growth driven workforce, how Oswald fosters such culture in the company would be something to look forward to. Further, investing in continuous learning will also be one of the key priorities for Oswald as he takes on the role of talent head. He would have to not only build efficient learning interventions for the talent at Springs but also see how these programs can create a business impact and drive Springs’ growth in the future.
