The body has invited the public of Singapore to share any concern, guidelines or any feedback on annual wage and employment-related issues.

On wage recommendations, the NWC considers factors such as Singapore’s economic performance, as well as the domestic and global economic outlook.

At the same time, the NWC takes into account Singapore's economic competitiveness, labor market conditions, inflation, and productivity growth.

Feedback received will be considered by the NWC as part of its deliberations. Input from the public will be considered by the NWC as part of its discussions and can be sent to the secretariat through the mail or via email at nwc_secretariat@mom.gov.sg.
