Cloud communications firm NWN Carousel has announced the appointment of Andrea Morrison as SVP of Human Resources. In her new role, she would be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources operations including talent acquisition, development, engagement and the overall employee experience. 

Morrison would be reporting to CEO Jim Sullivan and her strong leadership background uniquely positioned here and the HR team to support the company’s customer success obsessed culture.

Morrison has more than twenty years of leadership experience. Prior to joining NWN, she was the Senior Director - HR at Carrier. She has also previously worked with UTC Aerospace in various managerial capacities.  

Morrison is a graduate of US military academy at West Point and served in the Massachusetts National Guard as an active-duty Army Officer for over nine years. She honed her leadership skills in the army and pursued a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University.
