NCR Corp. appoints Ramesh Ganeshan as the regional HR VP

NCR Corp. appoints Ramesh Ganeshan as the regional HR VP

Ramesh Ganeshan has been appointed Regional HR VP, Asia Pacific & Japan, NCR Corporation, effective 8 July 2019. In his new role he would manage  16 countries and territories across Asia and Oceania.

On his appointment, he was quoted in media saying, “In this role, his number prime responsibility would be to lead the change management initiative in terms of bringing cohesiveness and alignment of different business verticals, driving performance management, and ‘one HR’ philosophy.” 

Ganeshan will be reporting to Deb Bronder, SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer based in Atlanta. Prior to NCR, Ganeshan was working with Agility where he spent 14 years and most recently held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific.

Reflecting upon his career journey of over 19 years, Ganeshan shared in media, “My entire journey in Agility from a country to global transformation project to Asia Pacific region has been tremendous, wherein building leadership capacity in the region has been the prominent one.”

Ganeshan started his career from Pacific Internet India where he was working as the National Manager-HR. He then later moved to Mitsui OSK Lines where he worked as the General Manager-HR. In the year 2005 he joined Agility and spent 14 years in the company where he move up the ladder to become VP Human Resources, Asia Pacific.
