SAP elevates Shweta Mohanty as new HR Head for India Business

Mohanty has been working with SAP as Vice-President- Global HR Business Partner for the past 6 years and prior to this, worked with Microsoft and Wipro in various leadership roles.
SAP elevates Shweta Mohanty as new HR Head for India Business

Software & technology solutions multinational company, SAP has announced the elevation of Shweta Mohanty as new HR- Head for SAP India. The appointment is effective April 11th 2022. She would be replacing Shraddhanjali Rao, who resigned from her position to look for better job prospects.

In a twitter post by Shweta, she excitedly unveiled the development, 

An experienced HR leader,Shweta is associated with SAP for the last 6 years, where prior to the elevation, she was Vice-President- Global HR Business Partner for Enterprise Cloud Services and SAP Labs Network.

Responding to the development, Sindhu Gangadharan, SVP & Managing Director, SAP Labs India shared her excitement. 

She also added on twitter that she is super excited and honoured to work alongside her.  

Shweta Mohanty has built a bludgeoning portfolio of two decades of experience in HR, Talent Transformations in complex and matrix business environments. Her work expertise includes early talent, new age leadership and diversity. 

Prior to joining SAP, Mohanty worked with Microsoft India and Wipro in various senior leadership roles with a collective time span of close to fourteen years. She has studied MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development.
