Global interior design tech venture Flipspaces has announced expansion plans across India, UAE and USA for which the company aims to grow its workforce by 3X. With the current employee strength of 300 the company plans to hire for several roles by the end of 2022. 

According to the official communique, the design business that saw huge loss during the pandemic is seeing revival trends post-pandemic with revenue growth seeing a steep upswing both in India and the US.

Commenting on the recruitment drive, Achintya Karmakar, Head of Human Resources at Flipspaces said, “We are a diverse team with over 100+ design experts onboard and 300+ years of combined leadership experience. With five offices across India and the US, we are looking to tap into the local talent and build a growth-focused team rich in pedigree and entrepreneurial spirit.” He further added that the hiring for new positions is already underway for entry-level, mid-management, and leadership roles. There has been a response so far with 10000+ interested candidates who have applied through organic channels alone.
