Kulshaan Singh is the new Chief People Officer of Minor International
Minor International has appointed Kulshaan Singh as the company’s new Chief People Officer. Singh will replace Khun Patamawalai Ratanapol, who will take on her new role as a Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited.
In his new role, Singh will drive people agendas for the organization’s three core business groups - Minor Hotels, Minor Food, and Minor Lifestyle. He will be based out of Bangkok office and will report directly to Dillip Rajakarier, Chief Operating Officer of MINT.
On joining Minor International, Singh shares, “Minor International’s story is immensely inspiring. The opportunities and challenges ahead will offer me an experience to lead and make an impact on the lives of our 85,000 employees and growing.”
He further noted that his priorities include growth and skill building opportunities for the company’s highly engaged workforce. “We will also strengthen our position as stewards of the group’s strategy and strive to meld work, passion and purpose for each of our employees. In the meantime, we will continue to promote health and the well-being for all employees as well as create a uniquely diverse and inclusive global workforce."

Singh comes with an impressive experience of over 21 years in the industry. He started his career as an Engineer, however, went ahead to become an HR professional. He started by working as a Senior Consultant – Talent & Rewards and rose up the ranks and become a Partner & Managing Director Aon Hewitt Southeast Asia. He has also worked as the Partner & CEO, Mercer Singapore. In his most recent role, he was the Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group.
Singh is an engineering graduate of Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, India and an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur from where he completed his MBA.
