B2B payments company, Payer brings in Kai-Stefan Einvik and Dominik Belloin to the board of directors
Payer, Swedish pioneer in B2B payments has announced the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors. Kai-Stefan Einvick and Dominik Belloin who were elected at the company’s annual shareholders meeting on the 30th of June. Both are thrilled to be part of Payer’s B2B payment market. Einvik and Belloin will aid the accelerated growth of Payer towards its mission to achieve global status amongst the market. They discern the unique position Payer has within the industry and look forward to the succession of digital transformation in the world.
Kai-Stefan Einvik has over two decades of experience in sales, capital markets, leadership and venture capitals. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Corinthian Venture Partners. Einvik has gathered international proficiency within capital markets and capital structuring from corporations like Pareto Securities, Handelsbanken, Auerbach Grayson and Merrill Lynch. Dominik Belloin comes with 34 years of international expertise in finance. He has formerly worked as an advisor for Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Oddo, Kepler and Bertelsmann Group.
