Paragon Corp Malaysia, Indonesia’s leading beauty company, has appointed Amirul Zarif Azri as the new Head of Human Resources, effective from September 2024.

Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Amirul posted, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Paragon Corp Malaysia!"

In his new role, Amirul brings over 13 years of HR experience across leading markets in Southeast Asia. Most recently, he served as the Group Head of Human Resources at TAGS Chiropractic & Rehabilitation. In his previous roles, he worked as Group Head of HR at ALTY, HR Manager at Common Ground Coworking Space, Governance & Capability Management at PETRONAS Group Strategic Communications, and as Group Talent Executive at AirAsia.

On the academic front, Amirul holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of East Anglia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He also holds certificates in Action Learning from the World Institute for Action Learning and in Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling from Coursera.
