John Baldino of Humareso appointed fractional CHRO at HR tech firm ERIN

"My mission is to empower organisations through comprehensive HR solutions," said John Baldino of Humareso and ERIN.
Employee referral software company ERIN has appointed John Baldino as fractional CHRO while it kicks off a concurrent strategic partnership with Baldino’s HR consulting firm Humareso.
Baldino is a veteran of the HR industry, having specialised in organisational leadership, HR strategy, and talent management for decades. He has served as adviser to companies undergoing massive change such as hypergrowth, hyperturnaround, and workforce optimisation.
Baldino built and led Humareso as an HR business partnering firm for organisations in need of guidance in their people strategy and execution.
“At the helm of Humareso, my mission is to empower organisations through comprehensive HR solutions,” Baldino said of his firm.
“Our team’s dedication to organisational design, talent management, and employee engagement has solidified our reputation as industry leaders.”
Strategic insight to ‘expand intelligently’
In Baldino’s role as fractional CHRO at ERIN, he will lead strategic HR initiatives; oversee talent acquisition and development; manage employee relations; ensure compliance; craft inclusive company culture; and align HR strategy with overall business objectives. He will also focus on fostering a positive employee experience and maximising workforce potential, he shared.
ERIN said the decision to partner with Baldino highlights its commitment to growing ERIN as an organisation and bolstering its solutions in support of enterprise and Fortune 50 employers.
The CHRO appointment, alongside the partnership, aims to strengthen and align the firm’s internal infrastructure with its expanding client base.
“Our platform powers the hiring strategies of some of the largest companies in the world, and we recognise that we must also evolve our organization to meet that scale,” said Mike Stafiej, CEO of ERIN.
“John Baldino and the Humareso team bring the HR leadership and strategic insight that will enable us to expand intelligently, ensuring that ERIN continues to exceed our customers' expectations.”
ERIN said it is charting a course to proactively shape its people strategy with Baldino’s industry expertise. They plan to spark “sustainable growth, optimise talent management, and build a best-in-class employee experience”.
The company said it is looking to expand in the months ahead. Investments into HR leadership and business partnering are designed to enhance the company’s employee experience, HR innovation, and overall business growth.
ERIN also aims to maintain its stature as a go-to solution for talent acquisition and retention for enterprise clients.
“ERIN’s technology is already changing how organisations approach employee referrals and internal mobility. I'm excited to help ERIN scale its workforce with the same level of innovation and intention that they bring to their customers,” Baldino said.
