TeamOhana, a strategic headcount management platform, has raised $4 million in seed investment funding led by Sierra Ventures, with participation from Katalyst Ventures. The funding round also participated from a series of angel investors and strategic operators including Akshay Kothari, COO at Notion, Samuel Adeyemo, Co-founder at Aurora Solar; Thejo Kote, Founder & CEO at Airbase. 

Brad Goldoor, Co-founder & Chief People Officer at Phenom and Anshu Sharma, Co-founder & CEO at Skyflow also participated in the round along with a few more.

The funding would be utilised to expand the remote-first team, which already operates from Asia, U.S, Europe and Africa. The investment would also be invested in scaling growth through hiring marketing and sales head.
