The newest entrants to TechHR Startup Program 2020
In February 2019, 48 startups participated in the first global edition of the People Matters TechHR Startup Program, which has been championing the cause of startups in India and the SEA region. Now the program is back again in a new avatar and is more global than before.
With an Innovation Hub, online face-to-face Meetings, and networking on the go with a mobile app, People Matters TechHR Singapore Startup Program gives many opportunities for emerging HR and work Tech startups to fast track their journey. These HR tech and work tech startups will get an opportunity to showcase their solutions and learn from business and talent leaders from across the globe at People Matters TechHR Singapore, which starts from 7th September 2020.

Hireplace Pte Ltd
Found in the year: 2019
Based out of: Malaysia and Singapore
Hireplace is the Zoom for Speed Interviews. Top universities, recruiters, and career fair organizers use the platform to create speed networking/interview sessions/career talks that quickly connect talents to employers in a video first format.
More than 600 interviews done on the platform since April 2020. You can use it as a standalone or plug it into existing Virtual Career Fairs to increase engagement by 10x.
FastJobs
Found in the year: 2015
Based out of: Singapore
Started as an incubator project by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), the FastJobs mobile platform was fully developed in-house by a team of intra-preneurs and digital innovators. Officially launched in April 2015, FastJobs has since been transforming the way people are connected to jobs, with over 1 million mobile application downloads, across the region.
In 2017, FastJobs app rolled out two new features to better match employers and job seekers for blue-collar roles. One was a chat system that would enable employers to contact job seekers directly and would be able to field a number of automated questions to potential candidates. FastJob’s clients include brands like NTUC, Watsons, Miniso, Uniqlo, Japan Foods Holding, Don Don Donki, Pizza Hut, KFC, Yoshinoya, Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Uber, Grab, Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa.
Last year in August, FastJobs also launched its first kiosk at Radin Mas Community Club as part of efforts to connect older workers with job opportunities near their homes. To use the kiosk, residents select a job they are interested in, SMS its job code to the mobile number provided and answer questions from employers sent by an SMS bot. Employers can then contact the applicants directly. Currently operational in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines, the job platforms will soon explore to the other Southeast Asia region.

hirex.ai provides cognitive AI BOTs that can conduct an interview by calling the candidate directly over the phone and auto assesses the interview with a 1 to 10 rating. Delivered on multiple channels such as phones, mobiles, web and voice assistants.
Cognitive AI BOTS that are pre-trained on a particular subject would conduct the interview by calling the candidate directly or candidate can call the BOT whenever he is free to give the interview. Once the interview is done, it auto assessed by the BOT and given a rating of 1 to 10.
