Leaders and great minds you can meet at People Matters TechHR Singapore 2022
It is said that crisis bring out the best in leaders. They set aside grievances, band together for a shared purpose and focus on helping others. But beneath the strategic choices and genuine care lie fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion. From redistributing disrupted supply chains to safeguarding essential employees and at the same time maintaining their own energy so that they can continue to inspire and motivate, we know leadership demands constant efforts.
These experiences assist in garnering an abundance of skill and expertise. Knowledge might be power, but it’s much more powerful when it’s shared. Hence, managing wisdom properly and giving people a platform to share and access it is essential to open the door to a whole host of benefits. At Asia’s largest HR and Work Tech conference, People Matters TechHR Singapore 2022, we will put you in front of the leaders and experts who know the industry in and out. They will offer their valuable ideas on a variety of topics, to help you to make changes in the workplace.
The annual conference will also provide a platform for sharing and learning the best practices, insights and the latest breakthroughs in the industry to enable you to Rethink What’s Possible with #Fresheyes in a post-pandemic world.
