Tina’s HR department helped the organisation shift its whole 9,000-strong workforce to a remote setup overnight when the pandemic struck. During the stretch of the lockdown, the team launched a COVID well-being hub to support the employees.

“At Deloitte, we understand the importance of creating a great talent experience for our people, where everyone is supported to be at their best,” she said as quoted by Consultancy.com.au, an online platform for Australia's consulting industry.

Tina joined Deloitte Australia in 2010 as Director of Talent Development and Diversity, where she led a team of learning and diversity professionals to design and implement organisation-wide strategies to support the company’s goals.
