Nishant Saxena is the Chief Executive Officer at Elements Akademia and a Guest Faculty at IIM Lucknow. His last few roles included Head of M&A overseeing the historic $55bn Gillette acquisition in India and Deputy CFO, P&G India, overseeing critical aspects of Strategy & Finance. Nishant is also an accomplished corporate trainer and also teaches at IIM Lucknow. He has taught at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, SP Jain Mumbai/Dubai and NUS Singapore.
Gerard Seijts is a professor of organisational behaviour at Ivey Business School. He is also the Executive Director of Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership and a Faculty Scholar at the Western University. Seijts received his PhD from the University of Toronto in 1998. Prior to joining the Ivey Business School in 2000, Gerard was on the faculty at the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba.
