Global professional services company Accenture has appointed Eklavya Sinha as learning & leadership development lead its operations business, which employs over 200,000 highly skilled professionals around the world.

Prior to this role, he served as the talent strategy lead for Accenture Operations - India & Sri Lanka.

In his past stints, he has led learning & development for Dalmia Bharat Group and Aon's consulting business in Asia-Pacific region.  Sinha has also worked with McKinsey, Hewitt and Citibank in various consulting and HR roles and have interned with Hindustan Unilever Limited.

He holds a post-graduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations (PM&IR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
