Accor appoints new Vice President Commercial for India & South Asia

Accor appoints new Vice President Commercial for India & South Asia

Accor has appointed Kerrie Hannaford as Vice President Commercial for Accor India & South Asia. An industry Sales and Marketing veteran, Kerrie has been part of the Accor family since past 15 years.

After holding responsible positions at IHG and Starwood Hotels in Australia, she joined Accor in 2005. In 2007 Kerrie was appointed to head sales, distribution & revenue management for Australia and then moved to New York City as the Vice President of Global Sales for North America. In 2013, Kerrie was promoted to Senior Vice President where her role was expanded to cover the management of Central America and the Caribbean Hotels in addition to USA and Canada. In her current position, Kerrie is working as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Accor New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia leading the sales, marketing and distribution direction for all brands and hotels within the region.

Commenting on the appointment, Jean-Michel Cassé, COO, Accor India & South Asia said, “Being well networked and with complete mastery over Accor processes and systems in sales, marketing and distribution, Kerrie will be able to embrace her new role very quickly. Kerrie has a Bachelor of Business from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia
