Advantage Club, a global HR Technology (SaaS) platform catering to employee engagement, perks, rewards, and early wage access, has announced the appointment of Raj Tanwar as their chief strategy officer. 

As part of the leadership team, he will be responsible for the brand's overall strategy and guiding its expansion and operations.

Tanwar is a recognised HR professional known for his deep expertise in HR operations and strategy. He formerly headed Concentrix's global digital talent strategy, encompassing 40 countries. He also managed the HR department for 70,000 employees in 13 locations across India and the ASEAN region. Tanwar was instrumental in the company's expansion into countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the UAE.  At Concentrix, he pioneered the automation and modernisation of the HR function. He has received six individual industry honours, including The Great People Manager Award from GMl and Forbes India in 2020, for his diverse achievements. Tanwar is also M&A Specialist certified by Aon Hewitt.

In his current role with Advantage Club, he will be managing growth and expansion of Advantage Club both across product and geographies.

Tanwar holds a PGDM from Symbiosis International University and Certification in Digital Transformation from Columbia Business School, Managerial & Leadership Effectiveness from IIMA and Design Thinking & Innovation from Emeritus, Singapore.
