Allison Davis has joined Wiley, a global leader in research and education, as its employee relations director, APAC.

In her previous role, Davis served as human resource director for iMedX Australia & New Zealand, a medical documentation company.

“Super excited to share I will be joining the team at Wiley as Employee Relations Director, APAC,” Davis wrote in a social media post.

A senior HR leader with more than 14 years of experience in human resources, both in a strategic and operational capacity, Davis is passionate about fostering a great workplace culture enabling people and business to create great things.

Having held various senior management positions within small local businesses and large multinational organisations, she has successfully helped organisations in different industries establish and improve their people and culture processes.

She has successfully led many initiatives to completion, of varying size and level of complexity both locally and within various countries across the Asia Pacific region.
