Pos Malaysia appoints Natalia Navin as new Group Chief People Officer

Malaysia - The national post and parcel service provider – Pos Malaysia Berhad has announced the appointment of Natalia binti Ahmed Shukri Navin as its new Group Chief People Officer, effective from January 2, 2025.

Taking over her responsibilities, Natalia will be overseeing Pos Malaysia’s People strategy, with an emphasis on cultural transformation, talent management and development, employee engagement, and safety. She will report directly to Group CEO Charles Brewer. 

Welcoming Natalia to the leadership role, Group CEO Charles said, “We are thrilled to welcome Natalia to the Pos Malaysia family as a valued member of our Senior Management Team. She is an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and driving transformative organisational change. Her vast experience and deep expertise in human resources, honed in both Malaysian and multinational companies, will be instrumental in advancing our People strategy and taking it to new heights.”

In her new role, Natalia brings over 18 years of HR leadership experience. Most recently, she worked with Maxis as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for around five years. Prior to that, she served as the Asia Pacific HR Director at Micro Focus - Malaysia, Country HR Director at HPE Malaysia, and Manager at CIMB. She started her career with ZICO Law as an Advocate and Solicitor, and then worked with the United Nations as Senior Eligibility Officer for around four years.

On the academic front, Natalia holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Staffordshire, and an Executive Education Certification in Sustainability Studies from the University of Cambridge. Her core competencies include strategic HR leadership, sustainable business practices, HR transformation, and people & talent management.
