ANSR, which helps global organisations accelerate digital transformation and technology innovation through global capability centers (GCCs), today announced the appointment of Ayon Banerjee as its president to provide leadership for the company’s next phase of growth and transformation.

In his most recent stint, Banerjee was managing director & partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a core leader of the TMT practice in addition to leading the firm’s TURN practice in India.

“I am delighted to welcome Ayon to ANSR and look forward to partnering with him as we aim to deliver exceptional impact to our customers. ANSR has now successfully pivoted to a platform-based subscription model with wide adoption across our customers. As we look to significantly scale our platform-led GCC business, Ayon will lead our exciting growth journey ahead,” said Lalit Ahuja, founder and CEO, ANSR.
