Employee experience startup Berryworks has announced the addition of Mukund Nair to its team as Head of Product. He comes from software development and technology consultancy Nagarro, where he spent eight years , first heading the learning and development function, then as Director of HR. Prior to that, his experience was on the engineering side of the industry, with technology-focused roles at Sapient and a stint as a software developer at HCL Technologies.

Berryworks was founded in 2020 by CEO Swati Bakshi and COO Abhishek Mundhra. Headquartered in the US, it has $200,000 in funding as per Crunchbase statistics. Its main product is an automated employee voice solution that continuously measures employee sentiment.
