Global talent acquisition specialist Cielo has announced the appointment of Myke Hawkins as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the global go-to-market strategy and execution including leading product development, sales, marketing and revenue operations.

Hawkins brings a decade of experience in sales growth and customer engagement. He was previously Chief Sales Officer at Kelly Services, heading commercial strategy in all the regions where the firm operates and managing $3 billion in annually recurring revenue. He also held sales and marketing leadership roles at Xerox and Aon. 

Alongside his appointment, Cielo has also announced its growth strategy for the next several years. The company lists these areas of focus:

1. Ongoing investment in expertise and insights into industry-specific hiring dynamics;
2. Innovating and expanding its products and leadership to target today and tomorrow’s talent issues; and
3. Creating scalable solutions using increasingly tech-forward approaches.
