Household brand Clorox has appointed Shanique Bonelli-Moore as Chief Diversity and Social Impact Officer as of July 2022, reporting directly to CEO Linda Rendle. In this role, she is responsible for driving all the inclusion, diversity, equity and allyship initiatives already underway in the organisation, as well as engaging internal stakeholders including existing task forces, employee resource groups, and international committees.

Bonelli-Moore is also responsible for the strategy and execution of Clorox's community engagement and social impact programmes - in line with an increasingly common trend where diversity leads also take on the mantle of ESG leadership to varying degrees.

Besides DE&I, Bonelli-Moore has extensive communications experience across several different industries. She joins Clorox from talent and entertainment agency United Talent Agency, where she was Global Head of Inclusion and Director of Corporate Communications. Prior to that, she was with BuzzFeed as Senior Director of Global Internal Communications and D&I lead. She also spent several years with Anheuser-Busch InBev, heading the experiential marketing division for the North America region as well as global internal communications.
