Infogain, a US-based software company, has announced the appointment of Dinesh Venugopal as its Chief Executive Officer, effective February 8, 2024.

In his new role, Dinesh will succeed Ayan Mukerji, who announced his retirement after 35 years of service in the industry. Ayan joined the company in 2018 and served as the CEO and President for the last three years.

Dinesh, who recently served as the President of Concentrix since 2022, brings over 25 years of leadership experience. Previously, he worked with PK as the CEO, Mphasis as the President, and BMC Software as the Director of Research and Development. His core competencies include cloud computing, agile methodologies, software project management, solution architecture, pre-sales, CRM, vendor management, and program management.
