ConnectWise, a US-based IT company, has announced the appointment of Kisha Thompson as the new Chief People Officer, effective immediately.

In her new role, Kisha brings over 16 years of experience across retail, consumer goods and services, healthcare, and IT software marketing industries. Before her appointment, she was serving ClickDimensions in the capacity of Chief People Officer since 2021. Her core competencies include training and development, talent acquisition, HR operations management, and employee relations. Kisha will be responsible for driving global culture, employee empowerment, and engagement initiatives.

In her previous roles, Kisha worked with Healthmap Solutions as the VP of Human Resources and Health Integrated as the AVP of HR. She also held various capacities at Comforce and Blinds to Go at the beginning of her career. On the academic front, Kisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (Physical and Biological Anthropology) from the University of Florida.
