Dentsu, a global MarComms agency, has announced the appointments of Giulio Malegori as the Group Chief Operation Officer, and Jean Lin as the Group President of Global Practices, with immediate effect. The appointments are promotions as both leaders accelerated the growth and innovation of the company. 

In his new role, Malegori, who joined the company in 2010 as President and CEO of Italy, brings essential industry expertise and a global perspective. He will lead the company's network of regional CEOs, overseeing the growth of global clients, improving operational efficiency, and empowering regional and market-focused client management teams. Additionally, he will be responsible for overseeing the company's business operations and IT. Currently, he serves as the CEO overseeing operations in the EMEA region. Previously, he also worked with Mindshare for approximately 10 years.

Jean, who rejoined Dentsu in 2021 as an Executive Officer, brings over 30 years of industry expertise. In her new role, she will lead and unite key practice areas under the company's existing brands further enhancing industry-leading knowledge and transformational capabilities, and nurturing highly specialized talent. Furthermore, she will establish a full range of solutions along with a roadmap for internal and external partnerships.
